Located in the diverse neighbourhood of Wellington St. West, this design concept uses the elements of the environment to create a functional and animated landscape through water reuse. The main features of the design include a rain harvesting system, a green roof/terrace, espalier garden screens for privacy, and a linear planting system accentuating the courtyard while delineating the public realm.
