Situated on the banks of the Madawaska River and Ottawa River, Arnprior’s Waterfront is one of the Town’s greatest assets. The waterfront includes significant municipal parks and open spaces as well as the Municipal Marina and supports and wide range of recreation and cultural activities making it a popular destination for visitors.
Working with the community, municipal staff and stakeholders, thinc design is in the process of developing a long term vision which is a guiding document for operational and capital improvements over the next 20 years. The plan will focus on optimizing the performance of existing infrastructure and municipal resources as well as identifying new opportunities for engaging with the waterfront.
