thinc design worked with the Marketo District BIA (formally the Dufferin Wingold BIA) on preparing a Streetscape Master Plan for a 1.2 kilometre stretch of Dufferin from Wingold Avenue north to Lawrence Avenue West.
Key considerations of the streetscape design include the development of gateways in to the area, seating nodes, streetscaping, on street parking, interface between public and private property, and opportunities for branding and wayfinding throughout the BIA. thinc design is currently working with members of the BIA and City of Toronto BIA office to finalize the master plan and select key elements for Phase 1 implementation.
