Art Eggleton Park is located at 323 Harbord Street in the former Garrison Creek Ravine system. It is flanked by Harbord street and adjacent Bickford Park to the north, Grace Street rear laneway to the east, an apartment building and rear laneway for Montrose Street houses to the west, and Montrose Junior Public School and adjacent T-ball diamonds to the south. The park has a dense tree canopy with formal and informal pathways leading to a wading pool and playground at the south end of the park.
The scope of the project includes upgrades to the wading pool and playground, a natural/creative play area, sand play, enhanced circulation, as well as seating and picnic opportunities. The project was completed in the fall of 2020.
