thinc design is currently working with the City of Richmond Hill on the design of a temporary trail network on the grounds of the historic David Dunlap Observatory.
Following a master plan (by others) which established a multiyear phased plan for the creation of David Dunlap Observatory Park, thinc design was engaged to provide full design service for the detailed design and tender documentation of the first phase of the plan – a preliminary trail network throughout the site and fencing along the property line of the adjacent Elvis Stojko Arena. A hierarchy of trail types and widths was determined, followed by the development of a tender package.
