thinc design worked with the Leamington community to transform their waterfront into a destination hot spot for both locals and visitors. Once complete, the Plan will provide Council and Staff with a long-term vision that outlines a planning framework that drives tourism and attracts and retains a new generation to Leamington.
This project will provide a roadmap for implementing enhancements over the next 10 years with a focus on optimizing the performance of existing parks and facilities including the Municipal Marina, Rick Atkin Park, waterfront promenade, ferry dock and pier, Erie Street, and Seacliff Park while incorporating new opportunities to encourage the use and enjoyment of the waterfront all year round.
